Easy Green Curry Kit

Green curry kit, medium hot, is very easy to make. The kit includes green curry paste, dried spices & coconut powder. The kit takes 10 minutes to make and can serve up to 2 to 5 servings. You can add more coconut milk to make the curry more mild. The most recommended meat and vegetables to add are chicken and courgettes.
Green curry or known as kaeng khiao wan, when translated means "sweet green curry", is made using green chillies paste to add the intensity and coconut milk to add some mild flavours to the dish. Even though it is known as a sweet green curry, this iconic Thai dish has stills hold the rich taste that truly represents its country of origin.
It is traditionally used with all kinds of meat and fish balls, and can be eaten with rice, roti or a special rice noodles (khanom chin or khanom jeen).
It is recommended to have fish sauce and palm sugar in your cupboard so you can spice the curry to your liking.
